Take a cue from the Dalai Lama (now a professor of something at Emory University) and simplify your life.
If you don't need it. Recycle it. Dont' get it in the first place.
Throw it out if it can't be recycled, composted, donated, sold or otherwise reused.
That's what I'm doin'.
