Back from Beantown - Dec-11-07 01:11 EST (edit | remove)
So I survived my bid-bess trip to Boston. In December.
Pros:
-rental car was a red Mustang.
-training site was 0.4 miles from hotel.
Cons:
-Boston in December.
Since I am a Delta skymiles person, I used them, which meant I went through Atlanta on the way there and Cincinnati on the way back. The Cin->SF leg of the return had a lot of empty seats and had a fat family of five with a restless 12 year old boy with a buzzcut who kept roaming around the entire 4.5 hours. He ended up sitting in the row behind me, kicking the seat so hard that people on the other side of the plane were staring. Most of the dialogue between him and his mom: "HEY MOM!"
"SHUTUP AND SITDOWN!"
Noticed at baggage claim that grandma was not wearing a bra.
I've heard that in the olden days people used to get all dressed up to ride in a plane. Now it's like they let the hog show crowd in.
