Our neighborhood celebrates with a picnic supper, followed by fireworks. I don't know who enjoys it more...the men who set them off, the boys who think they are helping, or the women and girls and "older" folks who sit on the driveway and watch.  We have been doing this for several years, and I hope we continue for many more.  It is a great family get together.
