Ok, the Hilton Head trip, we're still there folks. If you're not up to speed on that, check out the Andes Mint Summer Fling. Anyways, it was my turn to get another round of icy cold goodness, needless to say we were hooked. I wanted to try something new and the Oreo drink was a big hit with some of my friends so I wanted one.  I walked up to the bar and somehow I ended up next to the hottest girl I had seen at the resort- it was all by chance, yeah right.  So I ordered and her little ears perked up at the mention of this little oreo drink I was getting, she asked to have a sip- daddy provided the sip. She liked it so much that I bought her one and she spent the rest of the two days with me.....and my friends- making sure it stayed PG, and it did. Although serving as a bit of a cock-block, she did great with the group and we all had a blast, although not necessarily the blast I was thinking about. This drink makes me think about her and what she's doing now (woooooooo, a little Garth shout out!) Enjoy and here's to sexual frustration and great friendship!

2 oz Rum (spiced is good, but silver good too)

ERIC IS ALLOWED MORE- he has a tolerance for these things...needs more

1 oz creme de cocoa

2 oreo cookies (more if you can handle it- i asked for three, the chicks love three)

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Blend it until it's all mixed together and smooth. Serve and hold on. 

You can also add a mint leaf and some whipped cream to this- AWESEOME!
