For all you cheese-lovers out there (myself included), this easy and delicious appetizer is sure to be popular at a get-together.  I love making this dish because it only takes about 15 minutes to complete!

You need:

8 0z round Brie cheese (must be the entire wheel, not a segment)

2 tbsp raspberry preserves

1 cup diced, peeled peaches

1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

1.  Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2.  Place the Brie in a small, shallow baking dish.

3.  Spread the preserves evenly over the Brie, and top with the peaches.

4.  Sprinkle with brown sugar.

5.  Bake 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie softens.

Serve with crackers, french bread, fresh fruit, etc...

Enjoy!
