You will need:
1 can red gold diced tomatoes
1 can rotel
1/2 red onion
3-4 cloves garlic
1/3 bunch cilantro leaves, minced
2 Tbs cider vinegar
1/2 - 1 tsp cumin
1-2 tsp chili powder
1-2 Tbs Jalapenos
dash salt
dash pepper
dust with red pepper
Drain can of red gold tomatoes, place in bowl with all ingredients. Blend with hand mixer or food processor. Enjoy!
