1 lb ground sirlion
1/4 to 1/2 small onion grated (change to taste)
1/2 small potato, grated
2/3 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder and pepper
Gently mix together in a bowl and shape into patties . Handle gently (do not overmix) as it makes hamburgers tough. Grill.
