This is an easy recipe that can be served hot or cold to enjoy on gameday. It can be vegitarian to just double the beans and leave out the chicke. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 can Rotel chopped tomatos with jalapeno
- 2 packages of softened low fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 5 diced scallions (green and white bits are both okay)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 1 can cooked seasoned black beans
- 1- 12 ounce package of mexican cheese
- Lousiana hot sauce , salt and pepper to taste
- Anything you want to dip in this tasty dip
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 the mexican cheese in a large bowl and mash together with a fork or mixer until well combined.
- Top with remaining cheese and serve
- If you want to serve it hot bake the dip at 350 for about 15 minutes
