Unforutnately I don't have a picture, but a few years back I dressed up as a pregnant girl scout.

 I went all out, even got a bonafied women's sized uniform from the official Girl Scout's of America store (thankfully they didn't ask questions!). Bought a leotard and some pillow stuffing from Michael's and voila I was bursting with a bundle of joy.  I got creative with my sash adornments- printed out pictures of a stork with a baby and some other fallic symbols and pasted them on.  Braided pig-tailed wig topped it off.
